I've Gotta Let this out
8th July 2007

The following are a couple of excerpts taken from an article recently sent to me and written by a sister; a "Kingdom minister". Honestly, I see the following statements as a cop-out. Granted, many religious folks today are out there doing good deeds as they see fit and are not being led by the Spirit, but on the other side of the path, and in the another ditch are the "Kingdom ministers" who think that they are so high and holy and separated unto God that ministry to the poor is actually beneath them. These folks are self-deceived in thinking that they need to be somehow perfected before they minister as "Sons" out in the world. It is by stepping as "Sons" that God teaches and trains us up as Sons. It is those who are led by the Spirit of God who are being made into Sons of God and God has not stopped reaching out to the poor, and the lost and the downtrodden -- not even through His Sons! Some of these high and holy ones who think that they are being "separated from all activities so that they might be full of light" are in for a very rude awakening.

In regard to the statement; "The need to nurture the Christ in His body is of primary importance...."

Just what is it that leads Christians to believe that ministering to the poor and the lost, the hungry and the homeless is NOT a nurturing of Christ in His body? Almost everyone who the Lord has led us to in NYC lately is a believer and a MEMBER OF THE BODY OF CHRIST! These folks need to be NURTURED and taught the truths of the Kingdom as much as anyone!! Come on Christians! Are we called to only minister to those of our particular "Kingdom" sect? Come on!! Snap out of it!! We've once again become that very THING that the Lord at one time called us out of!

I'm gonna be straight-up with y'all for a moment here (a little street talk - if you don't mind)  -- I'm sick to death of all the high-sounding preaching and teaching that I hear in most so-called "Kingdom" groups today. If the Word that we're taught and teaching doesn't actually become FLESHED OUT in and through us, then it's just a whole lot more RELIGIOUS MUMBO JUMBO. Just when is the rubber of our spinning ("kingdom") wheels gonna actually meet with some ROAD? Huh?

"We applaud those as Mother Teresa who give their lives to nurse the sick, clothe the poor and feed the hungry. This is extremely admirable and has its reward; but evidently, it does not bring the deliverance from sin and death spoken of by God's prophets.

"In spite of all the efforts that we can muster up in ourselves, sicknesses and plagues are on the increase and the load is getting heavier than anyone can bear. Jesus said, "For you have the poor with you always, but Me you do not have always." (Matt.26: 11) The need to nurture the Christ in His body is of primary importance....

" ... I am aware that many well meaning Christians believe that they must join groups that are making strong efforts to try to restore godly virtues in this world. Some try to do something about pollution while others are out to abolish abortion. These labors are all very honorable, but actually they are only another form of "religious activities;" they are not what the Lord is doing with us. They may well be what some are called to, but we must not be motivated or influenced by the spirit of this world.

"This is why many among us are being totally separated from all activities. We are not idle, but we must be only about our Father's business. Our eye must remain SINGLE upon Him and not be occupied with many things, even seemingly good things, so that our minds, hearts, and bodies also may be full of light."

A sister wrote in (in blue). My response then follows -- take it, or leave it.

I feel bad when you pile guilt upon those who are not going out to the poor and needy with the Gospel. You know that each has to fulfill his own calling and that we are not all called to the same people or even kind of people.
There is no condemnation for those who cannot "Go" in the literal sense, but there is a moving of God upon an elect remnant today to turn THE HEARTS of the spiritual fathers to the spiritual children (Mal. 4). Just how long are the fathers going to keeping preaching to the fathers, sister, while the spiritual children are neglected? Just how long are the high and holy "Sons" going to preach to the choir while the world out there (even our own brethren) STARVE FOR TRUTH?!!

We've got evangelists out there who haven't a clue about who God is, teaching and preaching to people a gospel that is no Gospel, while all the fat cats who actually have some Kingdom truth sit around and wallow in it!

Now, I know that not everyone can go off and minister in the streets as some of us have been doing, or can go off into the mission field, nor are they called to, BUT THERE IS NOT A SOUL IN THE BODY OF CHRIST WHO CANNOT REACH OUT IN SOME WAY TO SEE THE KINGDOM GOSPEL SPREAD TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT ON OUR E-MAIL LISTS AND ARE NOT SITTING IN OUR CONFERENCES! If you can't go to these yourself, then help support someone who can. If you can't support someone who can, then TURN YOUR HEART away from yourself and your high and holy "full of light" groups and start praying for the Gospel to get preached to the spiritual children all over the earth WHO ARE STARVING!

I'm writing this message with a lotta bold print because this word is BIG in my heart. I know there are some folks out there who can hear God in this. I know that there are. There ARE some hearts that are turning to the (spiritual) children now, and these same hearts are turning away from the so-called "Kingdom" groups, which in reality, are becoming little more than cults.

Believe it or not, God is making "Sons" today out of many spiritual children who've had no teachers up until now. Most of these are free from the spirit of religion, and many of these are free from the bondage to materialism and worldliness because they have absolutely nothing.

Though these precious saints are overlooked by most people in the world, today, and ARE EVEN OVERLOOKED BY MOST PEOPLE IN THE CHURCH, TODAY, GOD is not overlooking these, our brethren.

No. Many of these; the least of these; the "last" in the eyes of many -- will be FIRST in things which relate to the Kingdom of God. In contrast; many who consider themselves to be spiritual "firsts" today ... will wind up as "lasts" - tomorrow. Such are the ways of our holy, just, and righteous God.

A Word from A Sister

DEAR DAVID,

THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IN YOU COMES OUT MIGHTILY THROUGH YOUR LAST MANY WORDS, AND THOSE WORDS ARE THE DIVINE ESSENCE, THE SWEET FRAGRANCE OF THE MIND AND WILL OF THE FATHER IN AND THROUGH YOU! I THINK WHAT MANY MUST SEE AND KNOW IN THEIR HEART OF HEARTS IS THAT ALL ARE OF THE FATHER, ALL ARE CHRIST, THE SPIRIT WITHIN, AND THE ONLY WAY THE LIFE WITHIN CAN BE QUICKENED IS TO GO TO MANKIND, NO MATTER WHERE OR WHO THEY ARE,THE SONS BEING LED BY THE SPIRIT IN ALL THINGS TO BE THE MIND AND WILL OF THE FATHER. YOU ARE RIGHT, LEARNING "DOCTRINE" IS NOT WHAT THE CHRIST LIFE IS ALL ABOUT, AND DOCTRINE MUST BE SEPARATED FROM REALITY. IT DOES TAKE A LOT OF GROWTH IN COMING INTO MATURITY, BUT AS YOU SAID" There ARE some hearts that are turning to the (spiritual) children now,".
YOUR WORDS AREEEEEEE WAKE-UP CALLS!!!
